Each house goes through an inspection process by the States. this certifies that each house meets the requirements for that state and has been tested. This approves the house outside of your local codes department. This means you do not need your code department to inspect it. The process has already been done by Us.

NEWS:
We have been working with state engineers to design a house that will meet 30 different state code requirements. We have finally done this with the new High Country Model. The states stamp and certify these homes with official certificates. This allows them to be used for Additional dwelling units (ADU), tiny homes, guest houses, or tiny home salons. There will be no need for local codes departments to inspect them. We have the state do that before it gets sent out. So the worry is eliminated.
