The Building Process
The Tiny House building process is very interesting if you have not witnessed it before. It takes extreme planning before you even begin. This is because the floor gets encapsulated and you basically cannot change where the pipes come out once it is closed. So you have to measure everything multiple times in order for drains to hit and so on. As you can see in the pictures before the floor right before spray foam. Then before the subfloor is installed.

Then once the plumbing is finished to this point you must pressure test all of the lines and have an inspector come and check all of your work. Including which nails are used. After you pass this inspection you then can spray foam.

Once the foam is installed and inspected you can add the sub floor and start to framing.

Once you finish framing you get the framing inspected. Then you start the wiring of the house and continue the trim out plumbing. Add the HVAC. Then you can spray foam the rest of it. And finish the house out. More pictures in the process to come.

After the House is completed the final inspection process is done and the house is ready to be put on the market for sale. When the customer purchases their new home. We will discuss the setup connection process. Our delivery person will deliver the house and fasten it to a concrete slab or anchor to the ground. In order to meets codes the house must be connected to a concrete slab. The drawings show the requirements. The concrete slab is to be the size of the foot print of the building (10'x26'). Our delivery team will then do what's necessary to fasten the building down. Then you will have contractors connect the utilities. We will use special machinery to load and deliver the house to its new location.
